Spring Keeps Its Promise to Flowers; We Stay True to Our Word Year After Year — A Report on BMC Spring Cultural Event

2026.04.11

With gentle spring breezes, all things come back to life. Recently, the BMC campus has been ablaze with spring colors, as magnolias, forsythias, Western crabapples, and cherry blossoms have bloomed in succession, adding a touch of poetic charm to the office environment. As a vivid embodiment of the company’s “Green Office, Human-Centered Care” philosophy, the annual “Spring Flower Viewing Season” event has arrived as scheduled. Amid their busy work schedules, employees have paused to admire the blooms, savoring the beauty of nature and the warmth of teamwork.

Throughout the campus, pristine white magnolias stand tall and graceful, golden forsythia clusters hang in bunches, crimson Western-style crabapples sway elegantly, and delicate pink cherry blossoms drift like clouds and rosy clouds, creating a vibrant spring landscape. The Administration Department has specially set up a “Spring Photo Corner” to encourage employees to capture these beautiful moments with their cameras and share them on the company’s internal platform. Many colleagues have remarked that the cherry blossom-lined path in front of the office building has become a “soothing sight” during their daily commute, helping to lighten the pace of their work.

Since 2017, our company has continuously invested in the greening of its campus, and has now cultivated more than 10 varieties of flowers and trees. The phrase “Spring keeps its promise to flowers; we stay true to our word year after year” is not only a tribute to the natural cycle of the seasons, but also symbolizes the company’s steadfast commitment to its employees—to consistently create a warm and vibrant work environment. In the future, the company will continue to use flowers as a medium to organize more cultural activities, allowing the spirit of environmental stewardship and humanistic care to continue to blossom throughout the spring season.
